Fifty years ago, Greenwood Village was home to 500 residents, mostly farmers, with only gravel road access to town. City folk sometimes retreated to their “summer homes” in Greenwood Village which wasn’t incorporated until 1950. The Curtis School, a one-room schoolhouse on Orchard Road, was still used as an elementary school into the 1960s. The village has grown to include high-rise office towers, upscale retail, entertainment, dining and hotels. Residences here are almost exclusively high-end custom homes with a handful of executive housing condos. Of course, the town’s proximity to the mighty business park, The Denver Technological Center, makes Greenwood Village a daytime address and destination for thousands of local workers.
Allstar Electrical Services is in the Greenwood Village area quite often and values its business and residential customers.
